I began buying this special gift for my daughter with special needs about 15 years ago - now she's an adult and she still looks forward to this tradition every year! After her father passed on, she declared that Santa adopted her so now she has the best Dad in the world! She has proudly displayed her annual Nice List Certificate above our fireplace -- before we moved to our new home last year, the whole wall was covered! Now she wants to start fresh so there's one displayed from last year and she can't wait to put up the next one! She relies on "her Dad" to send this personalized gift every year - and as long as Package from Santa is in business, we'll be their loyal customers! I read one review that said the "value" of this product has declined, but I see the high quality has been consistent and the JOY this beautiful box gives her every year is invaluable!
