🎅 We offer 4 magical Santa Letter Packages starting at just $9.95. Each one is filled with personalized holiday cheer, and the contents vary by package level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
Every Santa letter package includes:

When can I personalize my preorder?
🎅 Pre-Order now for 2026! (Personalization opens October 7!)
After Pre-Ordering a Santa Letter Package, log in to your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account, go to Order History, and click the red Personalize Now (Starting Oct 7th) button to complete your Pre-Order.
If you have more than one Pre-Order, complete each child separately. After finishing one child, return to Order History and click the next Personalize Now button until all of your Pre-Orders have been personalized.
Each completed personalization creates a separate shippable order for that child. Shipping begins November 16, 2026. 🚚
How do I access my bonus items?
Once you have an eligible shippable Santa Letter order, log in to your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account, go to Order History, open the shippable order, and look under Bonus Items for Redeem Now. Each eligible Santa Letter Package includes 20 Magic Arthur credits. If you have more than one eligible package, click Redeem Now only once; the eligible credits will be combined automatically in your Magic Arthur account. ✨

When will my child’s package ship?
Packages begin shipping November 16th. All packages ship out within 48-72 hours of personalizing. You'll get a confirmation email once your order is on the way from the North Pole Print Center! 📦
Is my child's personalized information safe?
Absolutely! Your child's info stays secure on our servers and is never shared or sold. We use it only to make the magic happen just for your family. ✨
