    The grandchildren always look forward to getting a letter from Santa. The envelope and letter is done beautifully. They love the video and when they see themselves in it they are so excited. The phone call from Santa tops it all off.

    Our daughter was amazed by the video and the calls as well as the packet she received, upon learning she was on the Nice list she began acting out a bit until she got a call from Santa letting her know he was aware of it, and she quicky straightened up. We highly recommend to all believers!

    My Grandson was so excited that he got a call from Santa on his sleigh (we were tracing Santa's location at the time too) that he scream in joy and said Mom Santa is calling me from his sleigh and he knows my name is Logan and I am 6 years old!!! He put his hands to his face, his eyes were so wide opened and he listed intently and thought it was Santa calling. His excitement and delight brought tears to his eyes. He couldn't stop talking about it. The recording was done so well that it sounded just like it was Santa on the line. Now at any time if Logan has a bad dream or just feels sad we talk about this call and the magic of Santa's call and that Santa and his elves are busy all year watching over him and the children around the world. And he didn't have that bad dream again and went right to sleep feeling comforted and happy. There is just nothing like the magic these letters, videos, and call bring.

    I have purchased from Package From Santa for several years. I have always been satisfied and find their products to be top quality. I purchase packages for my two granddaughters. They look forward to receiving their packages in the mail. It is so much fun watching their reaction when they find out they are on the good list. The certificates are placed on the refrigerator. The personalized video's are the best and really makes them a believer. The call from Santa on Christmas Eve is the highlight of our evening celebration. Watching their eyes light up with every word Santa says brings so much joy to all of us. The call has become a Christmas tradition for us! It keeps us all young and true believers!
